WW Meeting #2

Well, it was not a good Monday meeting...honestly it was not a good weekend. Well it was a wonderful weekend with the fam but not a good weekend eating. I gained .4 pounds, which I understand is not even a half of a pound but still it really stinks. Honestly, I am kind of amazed that I only gained that after tacos,Velveeta, pizza, and going to the movies and eating popcorn, not to mention the many beverages that I consumed...Oh well I have next Monday.
I did get something out of the meeting though. We talked about being hungry...and let me tell you I am hungry AAALLL the time. I hate it. But, we learned to stop and think about why you are hungry. Are you REALLY hungry..stomach growling hungry or are you bored, or stressed. If you stop and realize that you should not hungry and it is just boredom or stress than find something to do, or chew some gum, or drink some water with at little bit of flavor, get some fresh air or take a 5 minute walk. So, that is what I am going to work on this week. We also learned to make a list of 10 things to do when you THINK you are hungry. Easier said than done lady, when I am hungry the last thing I want to do is read a book, or clean out a closet.....RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!
But, I did visit the gym last night.....YES I DID!!!!! and I walked 2.5 miles which is not great but at least I made it to the gym. Which I have to add really SUCKS....there was no where to park and I had to wait 15 minutes just for a treadmill....I think I am going to visit another location on Wednesday.
