So, today was not my first weight watchers meeting but considering that I have gained all but 2.4 pounds of the weight I lost in the first session, I am considering this meeting #1 of starting over and getting serious.
I have only gained 1 pound since Jan 4th and honestly after this last weekend of Friday nite going out with friends, Sat eating at Angelos, (which was horrible) going to the Stock Show Sat nite, and eating El Paseo and Pizza on Sunday, I am pretty proud of myself for only gaining 1 pound in 3 weeks.
Today was pretty much a review of tracking your points, moving more and making better food choices. She had to review the basic points of WW for the new people. But, I did learn a little trick for yogurt which I do not need but thought I would pass along. If you put a tablespoon of fat free whipped cream in your yogurt it is supposed to take away the after taste. I thought that was interesting.
So, my goal is 27 pounds. Yes, I would love to loose that by my birthday but for now my goal is 2 pounds a week. I am also wanting to start going to the gym at least 2 days a week. Right now with the kids playing basketball it is all I have time for.
P.S. Yes I know that my stupid layout does not look right but I cannot figure it out. I am hoping to mess with later today. I am also going to try and post some pics from Vic's baptism later.....anyways, have a great chilly Monday!!!
